Organization Settings
Upon accessing the Organization Admin Console, the Organization Settings page serves as the central dashboard where you can configure key details and parameters for your organization’s workspace on LearningFlow.
Organization Logo
- Upload your organization’s logo here.
- We recommend using a square graphic for best display consistency.
- Supported formats include PNG and JPEG.
This logo will display in various parts of the platform to represent your organization.
Organization Name
Enter the official name of your organization.
- This name appears when users attempt to join the organization or access organization-specific resources.
- Make sure it reflects your institution or company accurately for user clarity.
Organization Description
Provide a brief description of your organization.
- This description helps users understand your organization’s mission, scope, or specialties.
- It can be visible in your organization’s explore library or membership join pages.
Default Language
Select the default language used by your organization.
- This choice supports email communications and platform messages sent to your members.
- It ensures a consistent language experience tailored to your user base.
Default Timezone
Currently, this setting is unavailable but will be used in future features for scheduling and reporting workflows tied to your organization’s preferred timezone.
Organization-Wide Tags
Tags are keywords or categories assigned to flows published within your organization’s library.
- Users can browse or search flows by clicking on these tags.
- Examples include “Business and Management,” "In-House Tools,” or “Education and Personal Development.”
Adding relevant tags improves discoverability of your organizational flows by members.
Manage Approved Domains
This feature allows admins to define trusted email domains associated with your organization.
- Users with emails from these domains can join automatically without admin approval.
- For example, if your organization’s official domain is
yourorg.com
, anyone signing up with an@yourorg.com
email is auto-approved.
This streamlines onboarding for your members and reduces manual approval workload.
LRS Integration
You can configure your own Learning Record Store (LRS) integration here, enabling enhanced tracking and analytics of flow usage within your organization.
