Platform Navigation and Workspace Overview

Welcome to LearningFlow! This guide will help you understand how to navigate the platform, switch between your personal and organizational spaces, and use the key areas like Editor, Viewer, and FlowXchange.

Primary Navigation Areas

LearningFlow consists of three main user interfaces you can access from the top-right App Switcher menu (see screenshot below):

  • Editor Create, manage, and assign learning flows in your workspace.
  • Viewer Access and interact with assignments you've received.
  • FlowXchange Browse and share community-created AI-powered flows and tools.

Workspace Structure in Editor

When you enter the Editor, you work within a context-sensitive workspace. The default is your Personal Space, but you can switch to any organizations you belong to.

The sidebar menu includes:

  • Library:
Your collection of standard tools, templates, and AI-powered flows available for authoring.

  • My Collections:
Your personal or organization-specific collections where you create and organize flows.

  • Assignments:
Manage assignments you have created and monitor learner participation.

Switching Between Organizations and Personal Space

Switching affects:

  • The Library content (organization libraries vs personal)

  • Your Collections and saved flows

  • Assignments available for management or completion

Workspace Structure in Organization Context

When switched into an organization, your Editor workspace is tailored to that organization’s assets and settings.

Here, you'll work with flows and tools published or shared by your organization.

Viewer Interface

The Viewer interface lets learners or participants interact with assignments created and assigned by teachers or trainers.

  • Access the Viewer by opening a join link or entering a join code.
  • You can see your active assignments, their status, and access individual tasks.
