Signing Up for LearningFlow

Welcome to LearningFlow! Signing up is your first step to creating, sharing, and experiencing interactive learning content. Your account unlocks access to personal spaces, organizations, and a world of educational tools.

How to Sign Up​

You can sign up from anywhere in LearningFlow—whether you land on the Editor, Assignment, or Flow Exchange, a popup will prompt you to sign up or sign in.

  • Click Sign in with Google.
  • Select your Google account and follow the prompts.
  • You’ll be logged in instantly and returned to where you started.

Google sign-in is the fastest way to get started!

Option 2: Sign Up with Email​

  • Click Sign up with Email.
  • Enter your email address and choose a password.
  • Click Next.
  • Check your inbox for a 5-digit verification code.
  • Enter the code to complete your registration.
  • Once verified, you’re logged in and redirected back to your previous location.

What Happens After You Sign Up?​

  • Personal Space: Every new user gets a private workspace with their own Library, Explore, and Assignments.
  • Flexible Roles: Your access and abilities depend on how you use LearningFlow:
    • Editor: Create, edit, and manage flows in your personal or organization space.
    • Viewer: Open assignments as a learner—no setup required, just click the link!
  • Join Organizations: You can join or be invited to organizations, unlocking shared libraries and collaborative tools.

Roles & Permissions​

LearningFlow uses a flexible, context-based role system:

  • No fixed “student” or “teacher” types: Your role adapts to your activity and organization.
  • Organization Admins can create custom roles and assign permissions for members.
