Account Management Guide
This guide explains how to manage your LearningFlow account, including updating your profile details, resetting your password, and account deletion procedures.
Changing Your Name
- Go to your Profile by clicking your avatar at the top-right corner.
- In the Account Settings tab, you can update your display name.
- Changes are saved instantly and reflected across the platform.

Changing Your Profile Picture
- Go to your Profile and select the Account Settings tab.
- Click on your current profile image to upload a new (preferably square) picture.
- The change will apply immediately after saving.

Resetting Your Password
If You Signed Up with Google
- Passwords are managed by Google, not LearningFlow.
- To change your password, visit your Google Account Security page and follow the instructions there.
- LearningFlow cannot reset or manage Google account passwords.
If You Signed Up with Email

Enter your registered email address.

You will receive a verification code by email (see example below).

Enter the code and set a new password to complete the reset process.
Deleting Your Account
- Account deletion is not self-service at this time.
- If you wish to delete your LearningFlow account, please contact our support team for assistance.
