Account Management Guide

This guide explains how to manage your LearningFlow account, including updating your profile details, resetting your password, and account deletion procedures.


Changing Your Name

  • Go to your Profile by clicking your avatar at the top-right corner.
  • In the Account Settings tab, you can update your display name.
  • Changes are saved instantly and reflected across the platform.

Changing Your Profile Picture

  • Go to your Profile and select the Account Settings tab.
  • Click on your current profile image to upload a new (preferably square) picture.
  • The change will apply immediately after saving.

Resetting Your Password

If You Signed Up with Google

  • Passwords are managed by Google, not LearningFlow.
  • To change your password, visit your Google Account Security page and follow the instructions there.
  • LearningFlow cannot reset or manage Google account passwords.

If You Signed Up with Email


Deleting Your Account

  • Account deletion is not self-service at this time.
  • If you wish to delete your LearningFlow account, please contact our support team for assistance.
