Explore: Using Pre-Crafted Tools and Flows

The Explore area provides you with access to a curated collection of pre-built AI-powered tools and flows. These tools are designed to help you quickly generate educational content, such as worksheets, quizzes, newsletters, and more without building from scratch.


Explore View: Personal vs Organization

  • If you are in your Personal Space, you see the global set of standard pre-crafted tools.
    This shared library is the same for all users worldwide.

  • If you switch into an Organization Space, the Explore view switches to show only organization-specific tools and flows.
    These are custom-curated and maintained by your organization.


How to Use Explore Tools

  1. Browse or search the Explore library to find a tool you want to use.

  2. Click any tool card to launch it.

    • The tool interface slides in from the right side of the screen.
    • You can expand it to full screen or close it to return to the library list.
  3. Each tool includes detailed instructions to guide your use.

    • Most tools include input forms or dropdowns where you fill in parameters.
    • Example: The “Worksheet Generator” asks you to select a grade level and describe your worksheet requirements.
  4. After adding your inputs, click Generate.

    • The tool will create content based on your inputs using AI-driven processes.
  5. Many tools include follow-up features to fine-tune or make changes the outputs.

    • For instance, the Worksheet Generator may follow up with a Knowledge chat bot to refine generated worksheet questions for accuracy or difficulty.

Tips for Effective Explore Use

  • Start with clear, concise input instructions for best results.
  • Use the output fine-tuning features to tailor materials to your learners’ needs.
  • Combine Explore tools with your personal or organizational collections for easy reuse.
  • Remember: Global standard tools are available in personal space; organization-specific tools appear only when switched into an organization.
