Enterprise Portal Overview
The Enterprise Portal is a comprehensive administrative dashboard designed for enterprise customers to manage multiple organizations, credit pools, and billing at scale. It provides centralized control and visibility across your entire LearningFlow enterprise deployment.
What is the Enterprise Portal?
The Enterprise Portal is a management layer above individual organizations, enabling enterprise administrators to:
- Manage Multiple Organizations: Create and oversee multiple organizations under a single enterprise account
- Configure Credit Pools: Set up custom credit pools with flexible pricing models for different currencies or business units
- Centralized Billing: Track credit usage, spending, and allocations across all organizations
- User Management: Monitor total users and members across your enterprise
- Payment Configuration: Configure payment providers and integration settings
Enterprise Hierarchy
LearningFlow's enterprise structure follows a three-tier hierarchy:
Enterprise Account (Top Level)
├── Credit Pools (Pricing & Currency Configuration)
│ ├── SGD Credit Pool
│ ├── USD Credit Pool
│ └── THB Credit Pool
│
└── Organizations (Business Units/Departments)
├── Organization A
│ ├── Members
│ └── SGD Credit Pool
│
└── Organization B
├── Members
└── USD Credit Pool
Key Concepts:
- Enterprise Level: Highest level of management, controls credit pools and organization creation
- Organization Level: Individual business units, departments, or schools with their own members and credit allocations
- Member Level: Individual users within organizations who consume credits based on allowances
Credit-based System
The Enterprise Portal operates on a credit-based system:
- Create Credit Pools: Set up credit pools for different currencies or business units (e.g., SGD Pool, USD Pool)
- Request Initial Credits: Contact LearningFlow support to add credits to your pools
- Create Organizations: Set up organizations for your schools, university or business units and link them to their respective credit pools.
Important: After creating a credit pool, you must contact learningflow support to request initial credits to be added to the pool. Credit pools start with zero balance and require support to provision credits based on your billing arrangement.
Credit Flow System
Credits flow in one direction only through your enterprise:
How It Works
When users purchase credits:
- Credits are pulled directly from the Enterprise Credit Pool
- Purchase fails immediately if the Enterprise Pool is empty
- Credits are added to the user's wallet
To top up the Enterprise Pool:
- Contact Amdon to purchase additional credits
- This is the only way to add credits to your enterprise pool
Credits can only flow forward. No returns or transfers back are allowed:
- ❌ Users cannot return credits to organization
- ❌ Organizations cannot return credits to enterprise pool
- ❌ Enterprise cannot return credits to LearningFlow
Monitor your pool balance regularly to ensure users can purchase credits without interruption.
Payment Provider
Configure payment providers to enable users within your organizations to purchase credits directly. The Enterprise Portal supports multiple payment providers for different regions:
Available Payment Providers
- Stripe: Global payment processing platform
- Supported Regions: Global, US, EU, APAC
- SenangPay: Malaysian payment gateway solution
- Supported Regions: Malaysia, Indonesia
Note: Once configured, users in your organizations will be able to purchase credits using the enabled payment providers based on their region.
