Organizations Management

The Organizations page in the Enterprise Portal provides centralized management and oversight of all organizations under your enterprise account. Create, monitor, and configure organizations with dedicated credit allocations and member allowances.

Organizations Dashboard

Organizations Dashboard Overview​

The Organizations page displays comprehensive metrics and management tools for all your organizations.

Dashboard Metrics​

At the top of the page, you'll see four key metrics:

  • Total Organizations: Total count with active/inactive breakdown
    • Example: "13 organizations (11 active)"
  • Total Members: Aggregate member count across all organizations
    • Example: "33 total members"
  • Total Credits Balance: Combined credit balance across all organizations
    • Example: "6,177,061 total credits balance"
  • Total Spent Credits: Aggregate credits consumed across all organizations
    • Example: "1,249,354 total spent credits"

These metrics provide instant visibility into your enterprise-wide deployment.

Create an Organization​

Organizations are your departments, schools, or business units.

How to Create​

  1. Click "Organizations" in the left sidebar
  2. Click "+ Create Organization"
  3. Fill in the details:
    • Organization Name: e.g., "Marketing Department" or "Singapore Campus"
    • Organization Code: A unique code for this organization (e.g., "MKT" or "SGP")
    • Credit Type: Select the credit type you created (e.g., "SGD Credits")
  4. Click "Create Organization"

The new organization will appear in your organizations list with an "Active" status.

Organization Cards​

Each organization is displayed as a card showing:

Organization Information​

  • Organization Name: e.g., "enterprise Testing", "JPY-MYR", "testing AA"
  • Status Badge: Active (green) or Inactive (gray)
  • Created Date: When the organization was created
    • Example: "Created 03/03/2025"

Membership & Usage Metrics​

  • Members Count: Number of users in the organization
    • Example: "1 Members", "2 Members"
  • Credit Balance: Current available credits for the organization
    • Example: "0 Credit Balance", "9,953 Credit Balance"
  • Total Spent Credits: Lifetime credits consumed by the organization
    • Example: "0 Total Spent Credits", "0.047 Total Spent Credits"

Credit Configuration​

  • Credit Type: The credit pool assigned to this organization
    • Example: "All Coin", "MYR", "JPY", "JPN"
  • Monthly Allowance per Member: Credit limit per member per month
    • Example: "1,000 credits", "0 credits"

Filtering and Searching Organizations​

Filter by Status​

Use the filter tabs to view specific organization types:

  • All: Display all organizations regardless of status
  • Active: Show only active organizations
  • Inactive: Show only inactive organizations

Search Organizations​

Use the search bar to find organizations by:

  • Organization name
  • Partial name matching
  • Case-insensitive search

Example: Search "testing" to find "enterprise Testing", "testing AA", etc.
